Caringbah Olive Courtyard

A tight rear courtyard reworked around a single mature olive as the hero. We built the raised planter in rendered blockwork with a crisp shadow-line, backfilled with free-draining mix, and set the olive with agaves and yuccas that read sculptural day and night.

Recessed step lights and warm uplighting were designed into the wall from the outset — the courtyard is at its best after sundown.
